I have read and agree to the statements below:

• All Trade pitches advised to be on site Friday. If attending on Saturday morning we must be notified and you must arrive before 8.30am.
• No Vehicle movements between 09.45 & 17.30 unless attending the arena, with the exception of Steam powered vehicles at LOW SPEED.
• No generators to be run between 22.00 & 8.00 unless Rally equipment.
• Any instructions by Rally stewards/marshals must be followed.
• Drivers of any vehicle/exhibit must hold relevant license and insurance.
• Dog owners are legally liable for their dogs and must clear up after them.
• I confirm that my stand will be covered by public liability insurance for the duration of the the rally with a minimum of £2.5 million.
