Saturday: Gates open to the public at 9am, last entry 7pm ready for evening entertainment. Entry between 5pm-7pm will be charged at £5 per person.
Sunday: Gates open to the public at 9am, gates close at 5pm.
Exhibitors may arrive on site from 12pm on Thursday 15th August.
Traders should arrive from 8am if arriving on the day. Vehicle movement is prohibited between 09.45 and 17.30.
Steam In The Square will take place in Fairford Market Square on Friday evening 5pm-10pm. Come and enjoy a taster of the engines you’ll see at the Show.
Free to enjoy. Refreshments will be available to purchase with an outside bar provided by The Bull Hotel.
If you have your email confirmation with the QR code/reservation number on your mobile you can show this for scanning at the gate instead of printing your tickets.
If you have printed your tickets we can scan these at the gate.
Yes, full price tickets will be available on the gate – CASH or CARD accepted.

Yes, you will need a show ticket which can be purchased in advance online or on the gate (cash or card accepted).

Leave Fairford on the A417 towards Cirencester, take the first left signposted to Marston Meysey, then follow the signs/marshals.
Or take the free shuttle bus courtesy of Ellisons Coaches running every hour on the hour from 9am, stopping at:
Cinder Lane GL7 4AX (top of the Fairford Football Club’s campsite lane on the A417)
Fairford Fire Station GL7 4NP
Churchill Place GL7 4JS (bus stop)
Fairford Market Place GL7 4AB
Marlborough Arms GL7 4BS (bus stop on the A417 opposite the pub)
And leaving the Showground every hour on the hour. Last bus from the Showground 6pm.
Please note the driver will take a well-earned break between 1pm-2pm, so there will be no service between those times.
Please allow sufficient time for the bus to travel between stops.
The bus is FREE, but donations would be appreciated please.

Public camping is available at Fairford Football Club, home of Spikes Diner, toilets, showers and fantastic food.

Well behaved dogs and their humans are allowed – dogs must be kept on leads at all times and humans must clear up after them.
Traders who would normally take card payments were able to do so last year so we hope they’d be able to again this year, but please remember we are in a field so can’t guarantee signal strength on the day.
We recommend bringing cash.
The event is held on farmland. The ground will be uneven, grassy, dusty or muddy depending on the weather. Please exercise caution and common sense when moving around. We hope that the whole site will be accessible to everyone but cannot guarantee it.
We will have IBC water tanks for engines and clean water tanks/drinking water for exhibitors.
For visitors drinks are available to purchase from on-site vendors … and there’s plenty of beer at the bar!
