I have read and agree to the statements below:

• Only food and soft drinks are to be sold on this pitch. 
• Vendors are welcome on site from 12pm on Thursday 13th August.
• On-the-day arrivals must be on site by 08.30.
• No vehicle movements between 09.45 & 17.30 unless attending the arena, with the exception of Steam powered vehicles at LOW SPEED.
• E-bikes and e-scooters are not permitted on site at any time. 
• No generators to be run between 22.00 & 08.00 unless Rally equipment.
• Any instructions by Rally stewards/marshals must be followed.
• Drivers of any exhibit must hold relevant license and insurance.
• Dog owners are legally liable for their dogs and must clear up after them.
• I confirm that my stand will be covered by public liability insurance for the duration of the rally with a minimum of £2.5 million.
• All pitch fees/ground rent will be agreed with Steve Evans (Chairman) and the Section Leader prior to event.
• The land owners and event organisers reserve the right to re attend. This includes Showmen’s Guild’s rights on the grounds.
